Links Capital Group LLC and its affiliates (together, "Links Capital," "we," "us," or "our") understand that the privacy of your information matters. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it when you use our Services or visit our Site.

When you complete an application or other form, upload documents, speak with our team, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name and contact information, date of birth, government-issued identifiers, financial information, business and professional information, call recordings and voicemails, and the contents of emails, text messages, and other communications.

Automatically collected information may include device information, IP address, online identifiers, general location derived from IP address, referral information, pages viewed, links clicked, time on Site, forms begun or completed, cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar tools. We do not collect precise geolocation. We may also receive information from Funding Partners, service providers, credit bureaus, public records, data providers, marketing lists, and social media platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Evaluate your request, verify your identity, assess funding needs, and match you with Funding Partners.
  • Prepare and submit applications, present offers, assist with closing, and provide our Services.
  • Communicate with you, market financing products subject to your choices, improve our Services, maintain security, and run our business.
  • Use AI Tools to help read and organize bank statements and documents and summarize revenue and existing financing activity for underwriting.
  • Detect fraud, protect our interests, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. How and With Whom We Share Your Information

  • Funding Partners that evaluate requests and provide financing. Each Funding Partner handles information under its own privacy policy.
  • Affiliates, vendors, service providers, professional advisors, CRM and document platforms, e-signature and bank-verification providers, credit-reporting services, call-recording and messaging platforms, AI Tool providers, hosting and analytics providers.
  • Advertising and analytics partners that help measure and deliver advertising and may use certain device and usage data for their own purposes.
  • Other parties at your direction, or when required for legal compliance, protection, fraud prevention, investigations, or a business transfer.
  • We may de-identify or aggregate information so it can no longer be linked to you or your device. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and server logs to keep the Site working, prevent fraud, remember preferences, measure marketing, and improve the Site. The tracking tools currently installed on this Site are:

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, and disclosure, including access controls and encrypted transmission of uploaded documents. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide Services, meet legal, regulatory, tax, and record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and investigate or defend potential claims. We aim to securely delete or de-identify information we no longer need.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information by emailing info@linkscapitalgrp.com. You may opt out of promotional email using its unsubscribe link. If you opt in to text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not currently respond to general Do Not Track signals, but we honor GPC as described above. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative.

9. California Privacy Supplement

California residents may have rights to know and access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Categories may include identifiers, financial and commercial information, protected classification characteristics, internet activity, general geolocation, sensory data, professional information, and inferences. We aim to respond to verified requests within 45 days and may extend that period by another 45 days when reasonably necessary.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
